That is correct, your homegroup is what you named in your windows envireonment, the name of the router is well the router itself. If you connect a wireless device it will look for the router first, then if you tell to connect to you homegroup, it should ask you for the name of the homegroup.

Model: WNDR3300-100NAS | SKU: 8669915
But the Model shown on the Box is WNDR3300-100NAS .
A re WNDR3300-1BYNAS & WNDR3300-100NAS the same thing?

So which oneI have bought ?
