Thank you for the question. The RSG257AABP does not come with the water line installation kit which is a separate accessory. I would suggest consulting with your local Best Buy appliance associates or call 888-BEST BUY to find an installation kit that suits your needs.

I too "thought" I needed to level mine - one door was higher than the other. Using a leveler, I found that it was leveled. All I needed to do was adjust the door. It was soooo simple. You turn one nut/bolt with the allen wrench provided with pictured instructions. I turned it 4-5 times a wha-lah perfect aligned doors. The sound from the air in the water line also completely disappeared after I adjusted - bonus!

To level your RSG257AARS, place a carpenter's level on a shelf inside the refrigerator. Insert a flat head screwdriver in the grooves of the plastic leveling legs in the front of the unit next to the wheels and turn them to raise or lower the legs. If you wish to lower one side of the refrigerator, then raise the leg on that side so the fridge is resting on that wheel. To raise one side, lower the leg as needed. It's important that the RSG257 be level side to side so the doors seal properly. It is not unusual for the refrigerator to lean back slightly to help the doors close more easily.

For further assistance, please refer to page 13 of the User Manual or call 800-SAMSUNG to speak to an agent who will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for the question. Because the front wheels are adjustable, there are slight variations in the height measurement of the RSG257 model, which also depends on whether the measurement is taken at the top of the hinge or the top of the door. The tallest measurement is an even 70" to the top of the door. The height to the top of the hinge is slightly lower. It's important to keep in mind that the RSG257 should ideally have an additional 1" of clearance at the top to allow sufficient air flow for the cooling system to work properly and most efficiently.

The RSG257AARS is rated for a 115V, 60 Hz, 11.6 amp electrical supply, not 220V. I would suggest contacting 888-BEST BUY or Samsung in Argentina to find a model specifically designed for your region.

Samsung said that the wheel height is not adjustable. The "legs" can make it taller but not shorter.

Thank you for the question. The RSG257AARS is 68-5/8" high without the hinges and 69-7/8" high with the front hinge cover. While the front legs are adjustable to allow for leveling, the rear is not. In addition, Samsung recommends leaving at least 1" of clearance above the refrigerator to allow sufficient air flow for the cooling system to work properly and most efficiently. Based on these considerations, I would not recommend attempting to fit the refrigerator into a space less than 70" high.

Question

High-pitched Noise

While refrigerator is running it makes a high-pitched electrical buzzing noise. It is coming from the back of fridge and audible throughout the house. The noise is very annoying due to open floor plan. Is it normal or should I call warranty?

If you want to hear noisy, you should have heard my old frig. I bought the counter depth Samsung stainless frig like you and mine is as quiet as a mouse. No high pitched sounds of any sort. Take advantage of your warranty. Even the one on display at the store was running and very quiet! That was one of the many things i liked about it. Good luck. Make sure they do right by you.

Thanks for the question. Some noises the refrigerator makes are normal and can be minimized by leveling or adjusting the position of the refrigerator slightly; others may indicate a need for service. For example, it is normal for the compressor to make a buzzing or humming noise that cycles on and off intermittently. You may be able to reduce the sound by shifting the position of the refrigerator or adjusting the front leveling legs. If the sound you're hearing is a high-pitched whine or whistle that stops when you open the door, it is possible your RSG257AARS requires service. I would suggest you contact 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help you determine whether your refrigerator does require service.

Thank you for the question. You are correct that real stainless steel refrigerators, like the RSG257AARS, are usually not magnetic; so no, you would not be able to attach magnets to this refrigerator.
