Quite a bit, however just how many will depend on the image size, file size, and quality of the images.

Question

What DEVICE do I use to Backup / Save ALL my Files (Documents, Graphics & Desktop)?

My hp invent LAPTOP computer is about 5 years old and is starting to go on it's way out (i.e. I get a weird, pinkish outline on all the items on my screen and a green, flickering background on some items, like pictures & video) . . . Also, I have not been able to do a full BACK-UP of my computer since I first got it (says something about not enough memory) - I can't afford to get a new laptop right now, but I need to get some kind of DEVICE that will allow me to essentially BACK-UP all my files (in case my laptop computer does finally crash or go totally out) . . . WHAT KIND of DEVICE do I need to get to do that (at the very least, I want to be able to BACK-UP all my GRAPHICS folder & files, DOCUMENT folders & files, and ALL the FOLDERS & FILES on my DESKTOP) - would I need a MEMORY STICK, or a MEMORY CARD, or do I need an EXTERNAL HARD-DRIVE?

I recommend a External Hard Drive ( Brand WD ) . Use the software with the drive to backup your information or use the Backup Software from windows to do it.

Regards.

Cameras that support Secure Digital (SD or SDHC) would not support MS Pro Duo and the ones that support MS Pro Duo are not compatible with SD or SDHC cards, please refer to this link for SanDisk compatibility tool to check for recommended cards for your camera - http://pct1.sandisk.com/NewSearch.a... if your camera's model number is not listed in the provided link please contact your camera manufacturer for memory card recommendation.

This is a Memory Stick memory card, which is only compatible with Sony cameras. The Canon SX210 IS uses SD/SDHC/SDXC, MultiMediaCard, MMC Plus Card, HC MMC Plus memory cards. I would ignore the MultiMediaCards, and get an SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card.

I made some card suggestions, and I included an Eye-Fi card which can upload your images wirelessly to your computer (along with a number of other features)

Hope this helps!

Depending on how the images were deleted, most recovery software should be able to restore them back. You might want to look into data recovery software as some allow a one time use trial to test them out.
