I would be happy to answer this question! Unfortunately, from the info I have, the P2500 is not compatible with the WIS09ABGNX. That said, it seems that the P2500 is not wireless ready.

Question

WIS09ABGNX Samsung Samsung LinkStick Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter

I wrote 4 days ago "Will this work with the Samsung LN52A850 TV? Their site says it does and other people say it wont.
Thanks. Your answer was - "I'm sorry, but the WIS09ABGNX is only compatible with the 2009 "B" model Samsung TVs. For information on the compatible Linkstick for your unit, please visit your local Best Buy store." Now this person wrote in "
Does the new n version of this linkstick support the LN46a850?

Samsungs site says it supports the LN52a850 not sure why it wouldn't support the 46. Your answer - "Great question! From what I can tell, it should still work with the 46" model of the A850. The size of the screen shouldn't matter since all the internals about basically the same within the same model line." Now something here doesn't seem right does it!!!!! How about the right answer now..

I'm sorry for the long delay in answering your question. As stated in many other answers on BestBuy.com, the WIS09ABGNX linkstick is only compatible with the 2009 "B" model TVs and 2009 Blu-Ray Players. I have confirmed and reconfirmed this. I'm sorry for the confusion, and I will do my best to correct any inconsistencies in the messaging.

Question

how do I connect this tv to my computer's sound system?

I have a Logitech Z-680 5.1 surround system which is currently connected to my Dell Dimension desktop pc via the sound card?
What would be the best way to also use my sound system for the tv which can be placed nearby (within 6 feet) of the pc? Is there also a way to use my pc to play dvds on the tv, or would the quality of display be adversely affected?

Depends on what you want to do. If you need to stream Netflix movies, then just one (for the Blu-ray DVD player) is enough. If you also want to use TV Widgets (available on some TVs), then you'd need the stick for the TV.

You don't need the sticks to connect from DVD player to TV.

Thanks for the question. You will need separate Linksticks for each unit (so in this case, two linksticks, one for the TV and one for the BD player). The units do not offer internet connection sharing, so if you want to view internet content that is only accessible through the TV, you will need a separate Linkstick for the TV.

Great question! Since the Samsung BD players are the only units in Samsung's current line that offers Netflix compatibility, then yes, you will just need one Linkstick to connect your BD player to an internet connected wireless router for movie streaming. That said, if you want to access internet content from your TV (if your TV offers internet content) then you will need two linksticks.

Great question. Although, from the info I have, the P1600 does allow you to conenct a USB device to play MP3s and view photos on the unit, it does not actually allow for PC file streaming nor can the Linkstick provide this functionality. The Linkstick only allows a Samsung device to access a wireless connection from a router to allow the unit's features to access related content (again, the Linkstick can not add features to a unit, it only allows the unit to access a wireless connection for content access).

Thanks for the question. The Samsung Linkstick is only to be used with other Samsung internet capable products. The linkstick will give the Samsung units with internet connectivity the ability to receive a wireless signal from a wifi router.
