It depends on the program's hardware requirements. If you haven't already done so, you may wish to resubmit your question with the version of Quicken you use.

Question

Digital Media Reader Slots

I am looking at upgrading my memory using the two media reader slots. With all the options available when purchasing SD and Micro SD cards, I am confused as to which ones will work in the Split X2. Such as SD HC, Ultra SDHC. Any suggestions as to which types of cards I should be looking at? Thanks for the assistance.

Question

2 Que? HP split and fine point stylus like Microsoft Surface 2. Use keyboard when detached?

1. stylus? Can the split use a fine point stylus similar to Microsoft Surface rather than the rubber nub type. I want to write cursive in OneNote, and use a fine point Wacom stylus.

2. Can the keyboard be used when it is removed from the screen?

This computer does not support an active digitizer yet (although there have been rumors HP will come out with one) I use the jot pro for fine point writing and art and that is a good compromise

If you're looking to do video editing, you'll want to get something with much more power than a tablet. I'd suggest looking for a computer with an i5 or above processor, and at least 6 GB of RAM. You'll probably want to look into something with a dedicated video card as well. Something like this: http://bit.ly/H6P271

Unfortunately, exact battery run time and life span information is not available. Various factors, such as the temperature of the battery, the applications running on the notebook, any attached devices, the brightness of the display, and the notebook power management settings all determine the run time and life span of your battery. Also, the performance and charge times of Lithium-ion batteries decrease over time. There are suggested ways to help increase the run time and life span of your battery:

- Reduce the brightness of the screen to the minimum readable level
- Remove peripherals (External hard drives, CD-ROMs, Zip drives, PC cards, and other peripheral devices) when not in use; these devices can draw power from your battery even when they are not in active use
- Reduce the speed of your processor
- Turn off the Wireless On-Off button when it is not in use (If your notebook has one)
