Question
Which DLNA server is best for Panasonic Blu Ray DMP-BDT210
I have tried DLNA servers from TVMobili, Twonkey, and Serviio. None work well, and I assume this is because they do not have a specific profile for the BDT 210. Please advise which DLNA server SW you recommend for use to maximize compatibility (and hopefully have a profile in the library) with the BDT 210. Please provide recommended SW for both Apple MAC and PC.

blue ray home theater connection to communication camera
i connected my camera to my home theater, to use Skype but there in no video.. when connected to Skype... but when i test camera on the tools settings on camera settings on the Skype tool settings it works but doesn't work when connected to Skype...

When calling someone from the Skype camera it is important that the other party has Skype version 4.2 or higher, if they are on a Windows PC. Or if the other user is on an Apple MAC then the other party has to have Skype version 5.0 or higher.

Hello, the Panasonic TY-CC10W Skype-Enabled Communication Camera is compatible with the Panasonic TC-P50G20, TC-P46G25, TC-P50VT20, TC-P42G25, TC-P50G25, TC-P54G25 Plasma TV's and SC-BTT770, SC-BTT370 Blu-Ray Home Theater Systems as of this time.

Does the camera have wifi built in?
I have a Panasonic DMR-BWT700EB Blue Ray Disc Recorder which has the Skype feature but requires a USB dongle to connect to wifi. There is only 1 USB port in the back of the device so if I connect the camera I wont be able to attached a dongle also. Therefore the camera would need to have wifi built in to work (I think)

Will the Panasonic Skype Communication Camera work with another brand?
I was wondering if the Panasonic Skype Camera would work with another TV brand. One such as Samsung? I would assume that if the TV was Internet capable and had a USB port, that you would be able to use the Camera on a non-Panasonic TV.

No, unfortunately that isn't currently the case.
Only the cameras designed especially for the Panasonic Vieracast TVs will work as Skype cameras on those TVs

Hi, unfortunately the Panasonic TY-CC10W Skype-Enabled Communication will not work with your Samsung TV, even if it is internet capable or has a USB port. The hardware built into the camera is only compatible with Panasonic Plasma tv's and Home Theater Systems.

Hi, the Panasonic TY-CC10W Skype-Enabled Camera is compatible with our Panasonic VT30 series plasma televisions. You may also make Skype video calls from the TV with the camera connected to another Skype user on a PC with Windows or a Mac, however you cannot connect this camera directly to a computer or a Mac to use the Skype service.

I tried connecting two different Logitec web cams and the Skype interface in the DMP-BDT210 did not recognize them. Are there any cameras other than the Panasonic TY-CC10W that will work for skype? Any trick to geting the app to recognize other cameras?
