Yes it does. I got this for a lower quality Cannon Power Shot but I just plugged it into my a6000 and after seeing " Image database not found" and clicking on create it recorded pictures from the a6000..
Not sure about the D90, but I have used SanDisk Extreme 32gb memory cards in a D3200 ,before I switched to a Sony A6000, card works great in both cameras.
You can format this to FAT32 using a computer if it is not in that format already. If you need FAT32 you'll want to avoid buying anything larger than 32GB due to the format's size restrictions.
When you purchase a memory card, insert it in the SD slot of your computer, then choose "format." FAT32 should already be set as the Windows default. If it is not, then choose FAT32 from the drop-down menu under "file system." Hope this helps.
I have no idea what you need this for....I used it for memory storage for a camera and it held over 1000 pictures, several videos (including one that is 11+ minutes long) and has room to spare. Hope that helps.
If you can format in your PDR then it will format FAT 32. An older computer with WIN XP will do the same or some of the newer computers will do both 32 and 64. Of course you'd have to have an adapter or built in card reader.
Sandisk Pixtor is good for average use takes good pictures and video ,if you purchase the SD Card for a Special event then I would go for the Ultra Plus .
