Q:
I purchased a Bissell Lift Off cordless vac similar to this and it kept clogging because the flap where the debris is suctioned in was on the top inside of the hand vac at a weird angle so when it lifted to suction the dirt in, if it was anything other than just dust or dirt, say a small piece of newspaper or in most of my cases it was my parrot's feathers or food pellets it always clogged, then I had to stop, take apart and remove filter-then feather empty rest of debris and put back together before I could continue cleaning. Where is the intake flap located on this unit? I can't find one in a store with a display model that I can look at before purchasing to be able to tell if this is designed the same way. Also, what is the typical run time for unit after charging and recharge time when depleted? Is this available in the new gray color? Is there a crevice tool and a brush tool included?
