you should probably check your source. does this happen with different sources? does this happen on more than one input with those different sources. if it does and if the sources play ok on a different tv then you should return the tv. just be sure you have reliable sources your trying to watch on the tv to ensure which is the problem, the source or the tv.
You can try pulling up the TV menu. If the menu shows crisp and clear, that shows the TV panel is functioning correctly. In that case it's possibly a source or connection issue. If the menu shows snowy, then I would suggest getting the TV reviewed under Manufacturer Warranty. This size TV would be taken into your local Best Buy with proof of purchase to the Geek Squad desk.
I need to be able to hook up an OTA digital antenna to the TV (I don't waste my money on cable or satellite when I get everything I want via my Apple TV and broadcast TV), but I'm not seeing anything regarding coaxial input/output in the description. Is there one for this TV?
My screen does show full picture, the top to bottom is ok, but does not go side to side fully. About a 5" black gap on each end. Suggestions? I have tried the custom buttons etc, but nothing works, download a owners manual? Thanks
Adjust your visual display settings to either a wide screen or full. If that doesn't work it could be the program you are viewing. Some shows weren't adapted to wide screens. Hope this helps.
There are cleaners available at Best Buy specifically for cleaning LED Televisions. With these, they should state to spray the cleaner directly onto the cleaning cloth, then wipe down the tv screen with cloth.
I would like to purchase this TV for my son, but I need to be able to plug his PS2 and WII up to it, so I would like to know if it not only has the composite cable connection, but the component cable connection, with the yellow input. Please advise. Thanks.
Yes, it has the component cable connection ( red, green, yellow). I use a PS3, so I just use the extra HDMI connection ( TV has 2), but I know you don't have that option with PS2. But if you ever upgrade to PS3 it will be ready for that too
Yes, this has one composite input (red, yellow, white), as well as a component input. You should have no problems connecting your Wii & PS2 to it. Enjoy your gaming experience! :)
