Hello, Shayrone! It sounds like your computer may not be picking up the microphone on your headset. Make sure your headset microphone is down close to your mouth and the mute button isn't pushed. If you've ruled these out, you should be able to go into the device settings of whichever software you're using and make sure the the H600 is selected.
