In October, Geek Squad came to my house (order # 29354390). I purchased a new Netgrear modem, a Rocketfish 4-port HDMI Select and a Logitech Harmony 650 remote. The service techs came originally to set up my new Sony Blue Ray box, a Roku II and a digital antenna purchased at Best Buy. Things have worked okay until yesterday and now the remote cannot get anything to do what it is supposed to do. I tried to figure things out and hope I didn't make it worse. I need help to reprogram the remote. This may take a home visit, which I will pay for if necessary.
