We received an Garmin GPS as a gift last year and we need an update for New version for 2014.. do you offer this service for updating a gps and how much?

The GPS was purched from China ,and has Windows CE 6.00 OS.

I purchased A new version 2013 recently, also from China, but there were no instruction on how to set it up I am lost.
All mapping software from China being what they call cracked version I cannot get help from the producer of igo8 Is there any chance you have come across this situation before and know how to deal with it.
