Take it back to the store and ask them to install the operating system. By the way, Microsoft is now charging for use of its software - even for solitaire games after a few months. You have to pay for licensing (or rental) to use Microsoft programs for windows 10. If you have older versions of programs (if you were smart enough to pay for the programs on a disk) you can download them and run them with compatibility software just like you could on previous versions of windows. Maybe you could find older versions of the programs you want and install them - run viral protection first!
