If so, how do I make that happen - I was told by the saleperson that it would be no problem, but . . . currently not my experience. I do have very high speed Comcast internet with a wi fi connection to the TV. thanks!
I live chatted with Panasonic earlier this week. They said they are working on getting certified with Amazon, but that presently, their new tvs are not Amazon compatible.
I don't think so, I have not been able to get Amazon prime videos to work. It wants you to register the device but doesn't have this model listed.. I have found a keyboard that work with this TV. It really helps with the use of the web browser. It's a Logitech Wireless touch keyboard K400r.

There is already an Amazon Prime Video app loaded onto the TV. However, it does NOT work. When you click it, it says they are working on a better experience or something to that effect. I've seen answers (including another question here) that says Panasonic no longer has access to Amazon Prime. Panasonic needs to make that clear on the boxes. I am still deciding if I should return the TV or not for false advertising.
This TV has streaming and wireless features, including Internet connectivity. Users can stream Blu-ray movies, music, and HD TV shows and other content.
The TV comes with many apps built in already and you have the option of installing a bunch more from a pull down list. I haven't used that feature, but I did see it on the TV screen as I was scrolling around.
