My screen is malfunctioning I left it charging and came back to a screen that didn't let me see anything. I've tried turning it off and on and the screen stays the same.
Was your tab dropped or hit? If not, it might be any number of things. Digitizer, internal parts corrupted, virus, etc. If it's within your insurance period or if you bought the plan, I would take it and have Best Buy Geek Squad look at it.
Yes in settings and go to LANGUAGE AND KEYBOARD or something along those lines. My best suggestion, if you want to learn something about a Samsung product, go to YouTube and search. Someone has made a video on what you need.
