Hi shgabj, It will only support Region 1 DVDs. You may refer to this link: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/home-video-dvd-players-recorders/dvp-sr510h/articles/00022799 ~Ralph
Hi Sinful, No. This DVD player will not play Blu-ray discs. Check out this link if you need more details: https://docs.sony.com/release//specs/DVPSR510H_mksp.pdf Regards, Vincent
It will "output" audio to any make of amplifier that can accommodate HDMI or regular RCA jacks. It does NOT have an optical S/PDIF audio output, so if that's what you need, keep looking.
Hi Crcl, yes, as long as the type of disc is supported by the unit. Kindly refer to this link for more information (Specifications/Playable file format): https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4447/44474811M.pdf ~Ralph
It does upscale DVD's to 1080p if using an HDMI cable (not 4K, you will have to get a 4K Blu-Ray player for that). As far as the "repeat" question, I'm not sure. These have often been options in the past, but I'm not sure.
