The VS208NR-B comes with DVI and VGA ports; it does not have HDMI port. This VS208NR-B should work even with Windows 98. This monitor is plug and play so downloading the monitor drivers for this model won't be necessary as long as you have a graphics card that will support the monitor's native resolution.
