Thank you for your question about the 24" Dell LED monitor. This is not a support queue but I can give you some suggestions. Perhaps the cable is not fully plugged into the back of the monitor. Also, make sure that the input selection of the monitor (adjustable via the buttons or menu) is on the correct cable input that you have coming in from the computer.
