You really shouldn't remove the battery as the connectors are soldered to the motherboard and voids warrenty, however if needing to get inside for RAM etc. You will need a torque screwdriver to open the base of the computer

What if battery doesn't charge?

I bought an ASUS computer about 15 days ago. I plugged the charger and the battery is charging, but it doesnt goes above 0%!!!!!!!!. Please help

The battery should charge so either the plug is not plugged all the way into the outlet or the connection to the brick is loose. Otherwise I would exchange it for a different one.

Good For Gaming?

Just wondering if this laptop is good enough for some minor gaming. I can only see myself playing Sims 3, Sims 4, and possibly DayZ. Other than that I would just use this laptop for surfing the web and other normal activites.

Should work fine for minor gaming; that isn't why I bought it, but since it has nVidia graphics, and can be selected in that mode or allow it to use that mode automatically, you should be fine. It also plays Blu-Ray discs very smoothly. Other laptops i've used with intel graphics were a ltitle choppy on blu-ray playback so of course this has higher graphics performance.

I want to connect a touchscreen monitor AND a VGA projector at the same time.

If your looking to carry audio though, that solution only converts digital to analog video. You will need another solution for audio.

But, that adapter, will work.

This model unit have 3 x USB 3.0 and 1 x HDMI port. It does not have VGA port for the projector.

I tested this using clone monitor and extended monitor to my 47" LG television through the HDMI port. Worked flawlessly.

I ask about discontinuing and warranty.... your response was ....
Warranty if for 1 year even if the we stop manufacturing the unit. BUT ARE YOU GOING TO STOP MANUFACTURING THE UNIT??? and WHY? this is important to me... Thanks for your time and energy.

Warranty would not be affected by item being discontinued. I don't know but I'd doubt this one is discontinued. Check your local store or chat online to find out.
