Affirmative. If your Kickers have a 4 ohm rating and are single coil, set them up in parallel so that it will create a 2 ohm load for the amplifier. Even if they are 2 ohms with single voice coils, you can set them up parallel to create a 1 ohm load, to get the most out of this amplifier. Make sure you don't go below 1 ohm.
Amps are not vehicle specific. The factors that you must consider are what your sub requires of an amp and also if you have an alternator with high enough amperage to power the amp and the rest of your car's electronically system.
