Hi Nancy, we have a few recommendations for you. First, check to see if the dirty water tank is full/the automatic shut off is engaged. If so, remove and empty the dirty water tank. You can also check to make sure the dirty water tank's lid is on securely, or if there is a clog in the dirty water tank's debris filter. If so, please clean the filter. Next, check to see if there is a blockage in the tool on the end of the hose, and remove the tool to clear the blockage. Next, check to see if there is a blockage in the nozzle.
