These speakers receive power oldstyle, through speaker wires from a receiver or other amp. If your player outputs to a receiver/amp, you're probably golden.
These speakers are for home stereos. Not for computers. You need a home stereo amplifier in order to listen to them. If you want computer speakers, get self powered speakers that have a built in amplifier inside them.
(1) Receiver, speaker cables, and speakers and listen to am-fm sound. (2) Receiver, dvd-player, speaker cables, and speakers can listen to: AM, FM, and CD-music.
A stereo recover/amplifier with your favorite music/movie playing through it. Just make sure it has a Rms rating equal to or larger then the speakers. They like power and can handle pushing the volume.
Any stereo system capable of putting out a few watts or more. I have them hooked up to a 35 Watt per channel vintage Pioneer receiver and they are plenty loud! You could get by with much less I think.
These speakers are meant to be used with a receiver. If your receiver has mini audio jack or Bluetooth capabilities then yes. If you dont have a receiver these speakers are not what you are looking for.
