We’re sorry to hear about the trouble! We can suggest a reset of both the iPhone and the SoundDock which may resolve the issue. To reset the dock, simply remove the power cord from the back for at least 30 seconds, then reconnect it.
To reset your iPhone, press and hold the top power button until you see “slide to power off” then slide the button. Once the phone is off, press the power button for a second to turn it back on.
Dock the iPhone again to the SoundDock, making sure there is no case on the phone. If you are still having difficulty, we’d encourage you to contact our technical support group at 1-800-380-4831 to discuss the issue further.
