Earlier packages of the NS-P5113 did have a remote (see ebay item #292126726782 as of 05/31/17). More recent packages do not contain one. I recently purchased a P5113 without the remote and purchased a supposed P5113 remote on ebay. The only function that worked was the volume control.
I did not receive a remote, and I do not recall one being mentioned in either the description I saw or on the packaging. The unit I received was packaged with a set of headphones.
Well, if you have excellent hearing! I accidentally turned it on one night and I thought the neighbors were talking loud. Then I discovered it was my MP Player.
Yes with a cord I listen to my books on tape all the time Also the batteries go down fast.you can also get a charger that plugs into car so you don't drain batteries
yes you can if your car has mp3 in or line in you can connect a headphone cord splitter to headphone cord on both sides and put the car function to aux
instead of turning the device off, push the pause button to hibernate the disc that way when you come back all you will have to do is push the pause button again and pick up where you left off.
Yes. That's how I use it but you must have either an auxiliary input or USB jack. Don't forget that this is a battery powered device so keep those handy.
The directions say it will plug into the car but I haven't tried that as my car has a CD player in the dash. I am glad I purchased one for the house and have been enjoying music that I haven't heard for awhile.
Good news! I just read your question, and decided to find out what would happen if I shut down in the middle of a track. I shut my player down, completely powered off. I turned it back on a minute later and it began exactly where I left off in the middle of a track.
I suggest you should put back the player back on, then skip a track using the fast forward button on the right hand side . Or if you Want to skip another track or two do the same thing and you'll be back from the beginning.
