Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.
Make sure the HDMI® cable is connected securely to the HDMI OUT jack on the media box.
Make sure the HDMI cable is connected securely to the HDMI IN jack on the TV.
Make sure the TV is selected to the proper HDMI input where the media box is connected.
Make sure the media box is turned on.
IMPORTANT: If a Home Theater System is connected between the TV and Internet TV media box, the Home Theater System may not pass through the signal with the HDMI connection. In this case, connect the media box directly to an HDMI input jack on the TV and then make sure the TV is selected to the appropriate HDMI input jack.
