on my frigidaire gallery i have a button that reads set clock
you push that and then used the up and down arrows to set proper time then you push the set clock button again. hope theat helped.

Press the CLO button, and then use the number pad to input the current time. Press the START button when you are done to start the clock. If you need to switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour format, hold the CLO button down for 7 seconds. A 12-h or 24-h figure will appear, and you can hit the CLEAN button to switch between the two. Press START when you have made your selection.

This stove came with a center grate making the entire top even. It also comes with a cast iron griddle for the middle burner. You'd remove the center grate, and put the griddle in its place.

how do I unlock the oven door?

Just after turning on the cleaning mode I canceled it to remove the racks. It was on for only a few seconds and has been off over an hour but the door remains locked. How can I get my door open?

We regret to hear that you are having problems unlocking your appliance.
If we may suggest the following; below are three options that can be attempted to un-lock your oven door.

1) Unplug the range or shut off the circuit breaker for 5 minutes. Plug the range back in or turn on the circuit breaker. Set the clock and try moving the door lock lever or opening the door.
2) Set the self-clean cycle again and only allow it to work for 15 minutes. Cancel the self-clean cycle and allow the oven to cool. Gently try moving the door lock lever or opening the door.
3) Press and hold CLEAR/CANCEL for 15 seconds and this should unlock the door.
