Yes, it does work with 64-bit processor. I have used with 64-bit processor. The scanner connects to computer via standard USB port

I scanned an off size B&W negative 2.2"x2.2" and was happy with the output. The quality of my negative was not great, so there were some scratches.

I had no issues loading and opening the software using my old Dell XPS with Windows 10 and Edge.
So did anything appear on your monitor after you put in the disk? If not, is the disk in data side down? If data side is down but nothing indicates that it is being read, I would put a music cd into reader to verify your reader is working.
Did the loading finish from disk to pc but software not open? I would try reloading and watch carefully thru the process to make certain the everything gets loaded and there are no error messages. Don't have any other software running when you insert the disk although my Norton AV did not interfere. Good luck

I have a 2020 MacBook Pro 13 inch M1 with the 2 small USB C ports.I had to get a separate USB hub to work. They're pretty reasonable. I got an Anker 8 in 2 adapter and love it. Just enough ports and has pass through charging capability.

Hi Mb, The Perfection V600 has a standard USB 2.0 Type-B port. You should be able to purchase an adaptor cable to use the scanner with your Mac. Please download the latest drivers from the Epson support site for the V600. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

I had to download the scanner software from the online source. You could also buy an external CD writer for about $25.00 extra. They still come in handy.

Hi Ruby, the scan bed is 8.5" x 11.7". The scan area starts .2" from the edge of the scan bed, so the largest original that can be scanned edge-to-edge is 8.1" x 11.3". Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
