It's tough to determine the cause/fix for your described issue without more details. Specifically, how do you have this hooked up (via HDMI, component, composite, etc). Does this happen constantly or intermittently? What viewing mode does this happen on? Are there any other devices included in your setup (Blu-ray player, gaming console, etc)?
