The Fitbit Flex is a good tool to help keep you moving. The band is comfortable and I do wear it at night to track my sleep without any problem. The sync process to download info from the tracker to the website where your data is stored is easy. I only rated it good because to use all of the health functions on the website requires a lot of manual input. Also, the Fitbit came with no documentation, and what's available online isn't as complete as it should be.
