The first crew seemed like they didn't want to put the washer/dryer in and were upset about having to go downstairs, so they made an excuse to leave my stuff in my garage. The second crew was phenomenal and hooked everything up within minutes. They were also extremely professional and explained everything to me. They were really great, which is what brought up my rating to a 3. I would have given the second crew a 5!
