If your car does not have bluetooth, this does a good (not great, but good) job of allowing content from your iPhone to be broadcast through the car stereo system. The biggest complaint is when driving long distances, you have to repeatedly search for frequencies where no radio stations interfere. I found you may get 15-30 mins before you need to locate a new 'empty' frequency. This can be a distraction when driving.
I only recommend to a friend needing a low-cost option which is better than nothing
