Plenty of space and portable too!

overpriced and cheaply made

I purchased this model on the recommendation that it picks up hair. That it truly does. It has a powerful suction so it is easy for things to get pulled into it.
I find myself having to frequently empty the dirt container since it accumulates so much in so little time. The attachments are easy to use however, they don't have a far reach to them so you need to have the main vacuum handy at all times.
I also find that when I am done vacuuming not only is there hair around the base. You can adjust it so that the roller doesn't spin, however, it is not full proof but also hair gets caught in the upper part of the interior canister.
It is made out of cheap plastic and overpriced to say the least. One thing in its favor is that there is no need to clean a filter since it does not come with one. There is a hair attachment but I doubt I will be using it.

Poor storage but does elevate washer

Imagine an upright washer turned on its side facing you. This is the best way I can describe a front loader. Therefore the front loader sits much lower than your dryer.
The laundry pedestal has a drawer in it with a divider 3/4 of the way over. You cannot move the divider. All I really store in it are the instructions to the washer. My detergents are liquid so I will not risk laying one on its side. Same is true with my fabric softener. You cannot even place your laundry basket on top of it so that you can load it properly.
The only benefit this pedestal serves is to reduce bending over to wash your clothes. It is over priced and really would only recommend it to people who don't wish to bend over or hurt their knees by kneeling down. I leave that choice to individual discretion.

High maintenance get protection plan

I purchased this washer when I decided that top loaders were too tall for me and very few washers have agitators. It comes with a lot of cycles half of which I have no intention of using but I like the fact that i can choose my wash temperature, rinse, and what type of spin cycle to use.
I have learned through trial and error that you need very little HE detergent (I always use liquid) since the machine measures your load and gives very little water. 2 1/2 tablespoons are all you really need.
I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection plan with my purchase and just had to use it in less than a month because excess water was backing into my detergent and bleach dispensers.
The technician came out and saw that part of the problem was that my external drain hose was all the way at the bottom of the drain pipe. He clamped it and reviewed with me how to properly care for it.
I was doing some of these things anyway but I took notes. When you have finished your laundry for the day make sure to wipe the inside of the door completely, check the diaphragm for any "hair" that may have got caught during washing, wipe the drum, and then remove the detergent compartment, take out the detergent and fabric softener inserts (the bleach compartment is not removable). Wipe these down and wipe the inside of the space left and let air dry.
Finally, leave the door open when not in use to keep the water stench away.
In using the washer I've noticed that even though it may start with a longer time cycle it will shorten depending upon the size of your load. Clothes come out clean and now that I'm familiar with how much detergent to use I shouldn't have that over detergent smell since I was experimenting with it.
The Geek Squad did order me a replacement part dispenser since the technician was concerned about some of the water still left in there after the cycle.
I'm grateful I got the protection plan since this is my first time I'm learning how to wash clothes without an agitator and I'm protected for 5 years.
The instructions can be a bit confusing but I'm grateful I can talk to someone who can help me.
