Love it!! Read all the instructions before using and you will love this washer! I always use the one rinse option then add fabric softener and run a simple one rinse and spin cycle to handle that issue, since it does lack an auto softener dispenser. But I still LOVE it, works great, very efficient! Different than the old style though so do read the instructions!!

You are supposed to place the clothes loosely around as if the spindle was there, and when full put the recommended amount of HE detergent in the middle, and the machine will automatically figure out the water level. It will make various sounds as it makes different adjustments... It would be wise to find and read the operation manual, so you will be more comfortable with your washer!

Yes! They deliver and set up and remove the old one for recycling! Nothing to worry about on your part!
