Ok, this printer is working great for me but because I don't have a drive to install the software I had to download it. Well, that was a problem and customer service was a bunch of idiots. Because it wouldn't let me download the package of drivers I had to download each one separately. Did I get them all? I don't know, maybe. But, it is finally working.

I have been using this for a few years and not had any issues. Runs well in the background without slowing down your computer. My only issue is that I was told that the three devices would include my 2 cell phones and that isn't true. This purchase only protects PC's. If you want mobile protection you need another of their products. The other concern I have with Webroot is they try to get you trapped in a automatic renewal and I don't agree with getting into any automatic renewals.

Very easy to set up and sync with your phone. Step count is more accurate than the FitBit devices. Phone app works pretty good. Like the tracking of sleep as well as the steps. Should really wear on the secondary wrist because on your primary wrist it will pick up activity that is not actual walking activity. Would like for it to work more with your phone in notifications but that is understandable seeing that it only works off a button battery that would not be able to handle all that activity.

Slight Step Backyards

Overall I like this watch. It was very easy to set up and connects great with my phone. However it is a step back from the Gear S in that you can not answer a call on the watch. You can accept the call on the watch but you must use the phone to talk. The old Gear S enabled you to talk to the watch. There are some pre-set templates for replying to calls and text messages and I have found where to edit or replace some of them but there are others I can not access to edit or replace.
I don't think the step count is very accurate because if I compare it to my Fit Bit the watch is WAY off. I didn't really get the watch for step counting so it doesn't concern me but it might others. I have also noted that the S-Voice commands are not as functional as in the Gear S.
Hopefully over time some updates will bring this watch closer to what it replaced. The only reason I switched to the new watch is because I bought a new phone and it was not a Samsung phone and the old Gear S will not work on a LG phone.
