Works pretty well

This is pretty reliable, but I've had a couple of instances where I was told to "turn right at the traffic light" when I had already gone through that traffic light. It's always been when driving in an urban area (downtown Washington, DC). Get out into the country and the performance and directions are great.

Is there a memory card come with camera

Yes, but it doesn't give much storage. If you want to take (and keep) lots of pictures you probably want to upgrade it - for a very reasonable investment.
