Pretty Pictures, Bumpy Setup

Setup was a bit of a slog. The software on the CD threw a message telling me I needed to go to Canon and download the most recent version. Unfortunately, when I got there, there were many different apps to download, and no master installer to tie them together. I got through it, but the steps did not always match the getting-started guide provided.
On the bright side, the prints are lovely, and I can print larger than 8.5 x 11.

I bought this remote because the one for my DVD player died. I walked into the store thinking I'd just get a replacement, but ended up liking the idea of combining multiple remotes into one. It was easy to set up, and is easy to use. I especially like being able to turn everything off with one button.

The thinnest iPad ever is also the most capable. It's loaded with advanced technologies, including the Touch ID fingerprint sensor.

My Mini Movie Screen

I'll be the first to admit that I don't *need* a tablet. But, boy it sure is nice to sit on a plane watching my own choice of movies. This model is a big step up from my old iPad (first gen). It's fast and has a nice enough camera that I don't pull out my cell phone to take pictures if I'm already playing on the tablet.
