Bought this for my sister for her birthday. We have a big dog at home and within a week he had eaten the cord. I thought that 200 bucks had gone up in smoke but the cord is detachable and replaceable! Brilliant. My sister swapped out the damaged cord with the included spare and she's good to go.

This is my third Android OS phone and the best I've owned yet.
Great for texts, emails, games, instagram, Skype, it does it all.
Only complaint is that the battery is always running low so I'm constantly looking for an outlet!

Experienced constant distortion with phone calls. Nobody could hear me clearly. Repeated installation of the case did not fix the problem.
Within a week of purchase, the phone charger access latch had broken, voiding the watertight seal and what would have been the one useful feature. I wound up tossing this case in the garbage and bought an Otterbox Defender.
