Will the Galaxy GeForce GTX 650 Ti support Gefen DVI to DVI and Component Adapter? I need to connect 2 monitors and my slingbox (+mini hdmi) to my computer.( Plenty of power and cpu 6gig onboard w/core 2 duo processor)
Yes they do have 2 DVI ports and a mini HDMI port I hope this answers your question.

is there a device that will let me drop my cable co. and still get all the local and cable channels
would like to drop cable, need to save money
As long as your HDTV has an ATSC (digital) tuner, you should be able to pick up your local channels with just an antenna. If your HDTV only has an NTSC (analog) tuner, you will need a converter box.

add on for extra monitor
I need to add another area to plug in an extra monitor. I need to run seperate programs with the use of the same mouse, what do I need to buy in order that best buy can install it.
You would need a video card that supports dual monitors i recommend a newer 650GTX the cost is great and you can easily plug in 2 monitors. Installing the graphics card is very simple as well, but if you want Best Buy to do it you can do that or watch a YouTube video. Hope this helps.
