Shopping at Best Buy is a great way to go due to the fact they try and become the middle man if you have their extended warranty you can swap things in store and get your products the same day I do not like dealing with manufacturers at all your always waiting and usually have to down way more money than you would if u have dishes put a few extra bucks controllers break so easy even if you are a professional gamer and very careful it’s just how things are made to break
