Being a senior citizen and not very tech-oriented, was hesitant about purchasing this item. However, tired of losing multiple clip-on pedometers, I took the plunge and invested in this item. what size wrist will the small fit
Measured my strap - loosest slot buckles at 8 inches, smallest at 6 inches. Hope this helps.

does it have a stopwatch?
Yes, it will keep track of steps, time, and calories burned if you want the info for a particular exercise. If you hold the button down for a few seconds, the stopwatch starts immediately.
