What's great is being able to play with others be it friends or just random people online, but you can also play with yourself. What's unfortunate is the online connect is region locked, which means you can only play with people in N. America. It's probably not too bad since not many people have friends oversea, but for those who do...well, sorry.
Taking place a few years after A Link Between Worlds (which I also recommend you play if you haven't already), TFH is mostly about multiplayer and solving the puzzles, the latter being something Legend of Zelda is known for. Communication is limited but it's easy to understand what others mean as the icons are pretty straight forward. From getting through 4 stages of an area you get an item that will be used as material to make clothes that will be useful on the journey to saving Princess Styla who was cursed by a witch. Not to mention the challenges that are unlocked when the temple of the area is beaten. The challenges can be anything from having a time limit to half energy or half attack and defense to "adventure in the dark".
Triforce Heroes definitely is a joy to play with more to come and hopefully soon. I highly recommend it if you are a fan of the Zelda series and/or enjoyed Four Swords and/or ALBW.
