Real bad purchase

Bought this to go with the 2 new cables for charging my phones went to charge the phone from one of the ports and it did not work thought it was one of the cables but it was not tried to return it but lost my reciet and they would not exchange or refund my money for it so now I am out of pocket for something that doesn't work
