Seems to be a good product for the price. I installed the first on my self and though I had installed it incorrectly, but when checked by the Geek Squad it turned out to be a bad power supply purchased right off the shelf.

What's not so great: The first one I installed myself and when it didn't work I thought I had installed in incorrectly. It was a bad unit.
