Problem with synch

After purchasing I noticed many or most had problems setting this device up, once Level II support helped it was awesome. It took me over 7 hours to get it up and operational.
What's great about it: Once set up it is awesome
What's not so great: Had to escalate to Tier II support in or to get it working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
