Basic fill hoses

These were required with the purchase of my new washer in order for Best Buy to install it. My old ones were there for over 20 years so they were due to be replaced anyhow. Nothing fancy about these, they do their job and seem to be good quality. No issues.

Great washer

I had to replace my old washer after a basement flood and it was my first time shopping for a washing machine in 15-20 years. After reading many reviews I chose this Samsung and it has been a great decision so far. The spin cycle is wonderful, my laundry comes out so dry, it has really cut down on the drying time. This is my first washer without an agitator and it is a little different to use, but as long as you put the clothes in around the edges as instructed, there shouldn't be any issues. I have not had any problems with laundry getting tangled whatsoever. The machine runs quietly which is also something I was looking for. I would've given it 5 stars except two minor reasons: 1. I wish the water filled as I was putting the laundry in like my old model did, and 2. The pull-out tray with the detergent slots retains water after the cycle. Still a great washer overall though.

I want to purchase a top loading washer. How deep is the tub for the 4.0 cu ft model? The large capacity models, 4.8 to 5.0 cu ft are too deep, I cannot reach down to the bottom of the tub.
I think it depends on how tall you are. At 5'8" I have no problem reaching to the bottom of the tub on the 4.0 model, but I must admit that when looking at the machine the sides do appear tall and without there being an agitator the tub looks deeper than it probably is.
