I didn't buy this dryer for the steam feature but have enjoyed using it. I purchased a cotton rug that had a smell that was not overpowering but one I wanted to see if I could reduce. Used the steam refresh cycle and the rug came out soft with little to no smell. Plan on using the sanitize cycle on my bed pillow next. Have also been pleased with the regular drying features and found these worked fine.

I have used this washer several times with great results. The wash times vary depending upon the selection made. When I don't want to wait over an hour, I use the Quick Wash cycle. I am short in height so I do have to stand on my toes and reach to get the clothes items at the bottom of the tub, but I can handle this. I like a top load and am glad I chose this.
