No Digital Copy Included

I bought the 2015 remaster 4K release for the Digital Copy for iTunes, as noted in its title: "The Fifth Element [UltraViolet] [Includes Digital Copy] [Blu-ray]" however it only included the UltraViolet license, not the Digital Copy for iTunes. Best Buy staff did not understand digital licensing of Digital Copy vs UltraViolet, so were incompetent to assist with resolving the issue. Great BluRay version of a great movie, but do not buy if you're looking for an iTunes compatible digital license.
