Nice Sony Home Stereo Reciever

I purchased this new receiver to replace an older version that finally quit working after 20 years of service. This newer unit had most of the same hook ups as the original model had using the old style push on connector wires to operate. I must admit that I agree with a few other reviewers that this model doesn't quite have the rich sound that the older units produced, It also does not have the Bass Boost button but can be adjusted by the remote. I still like the quality of Sony and the price was Excellent so overall was a good choice for the average music listener.

Great Battery Operated Trimmer

I purchased this trimmer as my other one has worn out from age and the battery, That one was a rechargeable unit that was over 10 years old. This new trimmer is powered by a single AA battery which is not rechargeable but operates fairly well. The main difference is the power of the newer model is less because of lower voltage. I like the easy cleaning method of this Panasonic trimmer allowing you to rinse out and air dry by just twisting the top off. It's waterproof and a lot quieter and still will cut fine/coarse hair without a problem. This is a nice item for travel since no power cords or adapters are required.

Have not used it yet but adds some versatility as you can take pictures with it on the timer setting and still have time to get in the frame if you wish. Seems to be sturdy and should work well for certain applications.

I am replacing a 100 watt very similar sony receiver with this one. It will be put in my garage to be used with 2 outdoor speakers. Will 200 watts be too strong for this?
I don't think that it will be a problem unless your speakers are not rated for the higher wattage you could blow one out if the volume is to high for the rated watts.
