No.... there is no way to download and use drivers... made for windows..

Will this drive work on my new computer?
I am wondering if the LG - Super-Multi 8x External USB 2.0 Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive will work with my new Lenovo Flex 3 2-in-1 computer. My computer has Windows 10, 4 GB memory, an Intel® Celeron® processor N2840 (2.16 gigahertz) and a 500 GB hard drive.
The LG website says that the system requirements for this drive are: CPU of Intel Pentium 4 2.4GHz or higher (Pentium 4 3.2 GHz or higher is recommended), RAM of
1 GB.
I want to use the drive to install programs on my new computer (especially an old version of Microsoft Office), as well as play and burn CDs and DVDs.

Can I safely remove the Cyberlink Media software that was installed along with DVD drive?
Yes you can.. But go to LG's website and download their drivers...

Is it easy to play dvd's using Windows Media Player?
Are the control functions the same as if you were playing a dvd inside a laptop using Windows Media Player?

Can I burn a cd off my laptop with this drive?
I want to burn a music cd from my computer so that I can listen to the music on my CD player in my car. Can I use this on my HP laptop? Do I need additional cables or programs on my laptop?
Yes you can!! But you have to go to LG's website to download the drivers... But excellent product... Cable comes with it... Have to have a powered USB port..
