Worst customer experience

Customer care support @ Milpitas store are totally horrible. They don't know how to speak to customers.

This product is total waste piece and I had to return it.

When returned after 3 weeks as I didn't get a chance to go to store, they didn't refund my money saying I'm not being shown as member in the system

I don't understand what kind system you have.
